Paul `t Hart is a professor of public administration at the Utrecht School of Governance and an internationally acclaimed researcher as well as an expert in crisis management, accountability and strategic leadership. In his lecture, Paul will address the often painful, but sometimes constructive, processes that occur in a community after a severe crisis.
