Dr. Magnus Ranstorp comments the police response to the Utøya massacre

Recently the Norwegian police presented the results of an internal evaluation of their efforts during the attack in Utøya. Dr. Magnus Ranstorp has commented on the police work.

The Swedish terrorist expert is questionning the police intervention and if the force have the proper training:

The most important thing you can do in this type of situation is to send two or three armed police officers to confront the perpetrator as quickly as possible.
