Strategic Planning and Finance Office
The Strategic Planning and Finance Office is responsible for operational management and financial reporting at the Swedish Defence University.
The division is abbreviated PlanEk and is led by Planning Director Pernilla Öhrström.
This is where the responsibility lies for planning, payment processing, financial follow-up and risk management, financial model and coordination of the university's environmental work. The division has a central role in the university's operational development and produces economic statistics.
The Strategic Planning and Finance Office is divided into three sections:
Planning Section
The Planning Section is responsible for the university's budget system and financial model and coordinates, among other things, the work with SEDU's strategic planning, budget documentation, internal planning directives, budget, tertiary follow-ups and annual report. Head of the Planning Section is Pernilla Öhrström.

The section is responsible for financial accounting, payment processing and financial statements, as well as providing support to the university's other divisions in financial accounting issues. Head of Accounting Karin Edström is Head of Section.
