New database at the Anna Lindh Library - Scopus
At the request of researchers, the library has started a subscription to the Scopus database. This means that Web of Science has been terminated.
To meet the demand from researchers, the library has chosen Scopus, a comprehensive bibliometric database that offers tools for literature search, citation analysis and research follow-up. Scopus covers a wide range of subject areas and contains over 90 million publications from more than 7,000 publishers.
In connection with this, the subscription to Web of Science has ended on December 31, 2025, when the services are considered to be similar. Researchers are encouraged to take this into account in their ongoing searches and projects, especially if they have previously used Web of Science as a source.
The library offers support for the transition to Scopus and is happy to help with questions about search strategies, citation data and use of the database. During the spring semester, webinars on Scopus will also be held, where researchers will have the opportunity to learn more about the service's functions and areas of use.
