New publishing agreement with Springer Nature
The new agreement applies from 1 January 2026 and means unlimited open access publishing in the publisher's journals
These also include journals from the publisher Palgrave Macmillan, which have interesting titles within FHS's subject areas. In addition to open access publications, reading from 1997 onwards is also included.
The publication procedure is as usual and as a researcher you only need to think about printing your affiliation with FHS on the article to take part in the agreement. Journals that are part of the FHS publishing agreement can be searched for via the Scifree service.
