Open group: Lunch meditation
Take a break from your studies and recharge your batteries with the Student Health Service's meditation group. See you on Thursdays in Ekosalen at Stockholm University!
Research shows that meditation has many health benefits and is an effective tool for managing stress. The Student Health Service's meditation takes place every Thursday during lunchtime for 30 minutes. We will practice guided meditation and various mindfulness exercises in a simple and fun way. The group is held in English.
Open group means that we take in new participants in the group throughout the period. We turn to you who are curious about meditation and may want to practice on your own. You don't need any previous experience to participate.
When: Thursdays 1 February - 14 March
Time : 12:30-13:00
Place: Ekosalen in Studenthuset, Stockholm University.
