Theme day on future operations
All students and staff are welcome to participate in a theme day on future warfare, Future Operations, which among other things addresses Russian warfare, multidomain operation (MDO) from a Swedish and American point of view and NATO's command structure, plans and multidomain operations. Participants include experts from the New Generation Warfare Center; Major General Fredrik Ståhlberg and Oscar Jonsson, researcher in war studies.
Within the framework of the Senior Officer Programme's elective course: "2UK015 Operational Art – Warfare Concepts in the Operational Environment of the Future", a theme day "Future Operations" is held with invited guest lecturers. The theme day is mainly aimed at students at HOP but is also open to other interested parties at SEDU and the Swedish Armed Forces.
The theme day will be held in the Sweden Hall at the Swedish Defence University (Drottning Kristinas Väg 37) on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at 08:40-16:15.
