The books are organized according to Dewey's decimal classification.
Subject codes
The DDK system consists of different subject codes, where each number designation describes a subject area.
Example
344 = Military law
355= Military Science
623.4 = Weapon systems
The library's books are sorted on the shelf alphabetically by either the author's last name or the first word in the book's title.
Example
Clausewitz, Carl von, On the War (Military Science)
Shelf size: 355, CLA
