You can now apply digitally in Ladok for credit transfer of previous studies
If you have passed courses from previous higher education studies that correspond to parts of your current programme, you can apply to have these credits transferred so that they can count towards your degree. From 31 August, you can apply for credit transfer digitally via Ladok.
One reason to apply for credit transfer of previous higher education studies towards your degree is that it may enable you to complete your studies sooner. From 31 August, the entire process will be digital. You apply directly through Ladok for students and can track the progress of your application online.
Please note! Credit transfer of previous courses may affect both your future study plan and your eligibility for student finance. It is therefore important to consider carefully why you wish to transfer credits from previous studies before submitting your application.
Please note that courses from Försvarshögskolan and other Swedish higher education institutions may be included as elective courses in a general degree (Bachelor’s, one-year Master’s or two-year Master’s degree) without the need to apply for credit transfer.
