Group at KTH: Increase your resilience to stress
Would you like to manage stress more effectively and approach life in a different way? In this group, you will learn how to strengthen your resilience to stress and focus on what matters in life.
The group is held on campus at KTH, but is open to all students covered by the Student Health Service in Stockholm.
You will learn practical tools for managing stress through guided exercises, mindfulness, short films, and collaborative work in small groups.
