I am a licensed psychologist and have a Ph.D. in psychology (Stockholm University). My doctoral work focused on leadership and organizational development.
I am a senior lecturer (Universitetslektor) at the Swedish Defence University, My areas of research interests include leadership, organizational behavior, stress and recovery, personality (Big-five) and interpersonal skills used in working life.
