Sunet Survey

Sunet Survey is a survey tool for conducting web-based surveys. At the Swedish Defence University, Sunet Survey will be used for course evaluations as well as other types of surveys from the spring semester 2023

Course evaluations

Course evaluation templates via Sunet Survey are integrated into Canvas and involve minimal work. As a teacher, you create a standard course evaluation survey in less than three minutes. It is possible to add your own questions. When the course evaluation is published, an email is sent to the students in the course. Reminders are sent out after 5 and 10 days to those who have not answered the survey. The instructor who created the survey will have access to an aggregated report after the survey has closed.

Other surveys

Sunet Survey may be used free of charge by employees and students at the Swedish Defence University. You can create questionnaires and distribute surveys via link or email.

  • All employees have access rights to the system. You log in with your FHS account
  • Students who want to create surveys use their student account when logging in
  • Researchers who want to use Sunet Survey for research data collection should contact the system administrator for further information

Sunet's survey tool is accessed and administered via a web browser. Surveys and reports are managed and stored within the EU/EEA. Sunet Survey is a commercial IT system that has been procured in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
