With a research focus on organizing, leadership, sensemaking, poetry, and transdisciplinarity, I am fascinated by certain approaches to studying phenomena and am keen on challenging taken-for-granted assumptions.
I am involved in a number of research projects and teach organization theory, crisis communication and qualitative research methods.
