Fire and evacuation

In the event of an evacuation alarm, a constant signal sounds. Leave the building immediately by the nearest emergency exit.

Emergency exits are marked with green emergency exit signs. Orient yourself in the premises and check where your nearest emergency exit is located.

Assembly point

The assembly point is in Triangelparken straight across the street from the main entrance to the main building (Drottning Kristinas Väg 37).

Fire equipment

Fire equipment in the form of fire alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets is available. You are never further than 25 metres from a fire extinguisher, whatever part of the Swedish Defence University’s buildings you are in. They are marked with symbols for alarms and fire extinguishers. Orient yourself about where the equipment is located in the premises.
