How to pay your tuition

Tuition fee for the academic year 2026-27 is 63 500 SEK per term for master level programmes. Tuition fees are paid in advance on a term basis. Once admitted to a programme or course, you will be sent an invoice with payment details.

Please do not pay before you receive your invoice as we track your payment to the invoice number.

A free-standing course (7,5 credits) at basic level cost 17 000 SEK/advanced level 18 500 SEK.

The Swedish Defence University is not responsible for exchange rates or external additional fees.

The students accepted to start Autumn 2026, tuition must be paid by June 1, 2026.
