Digital written examination in external computer room
We rent external computer labs from Karolinska Institutet for our largest digital examinations. This applies to large courses when more than a hundred students are sitting the exam.
BZ is located in Solna on Berzelius väg 3. Bus station Karolinska Institutet Västra stops right outside the door. You enter the building and keep left.
Widerströmska is located in Solna at Tomtebodavägen 18. The bus station Karolinska Institutet Biomedicum is located right next to the building. You enter through the revolving doors and keep right up the stairs to a yellow door.
Bengt Winblad is located in Flemingsberg at Blickagången 16. From the Flemingsberg commuter station, go right and follow Blickagången for a bit until the double doors with 16 next to it.
ANA 23 is located in Flemingsberg at Alfred Nobels allé 23 (note that google maps are a bit misleading). From the Flemingsberg commuter station, go right, and then left down Alfred Nobels Allé. A large house with the number 23 is on the left side. Inside the house, you go up the stairs to the left.
Applications for pedagogical support needs to be registered before each exam.
Registration opens 21 days before and closes 10 days before the exam.
The placement of the room is published on Canvas 1–3 days before the exam and is repeated upon admission to the room.
Students with study support receive room information via Ladok.
Arrive in good time – the room opens 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
You need to have access to your FHS account to log in to the exam system. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it with your phone, but then your phone must be turned off and left in the designated place.
Identification is required when entering and handing in the property.
Mobile phones, wristwatches and other prohibited aids must be left in the designated place.
Permitted aids are notified by the course coordinator in advance.
Food and drink are allowed but must be placed on the floor and must not contain nuts or anything else that disturbs others.
Some exams you supplement your digital submission on paper.
