Zoom
At the Swedish Defence University, the procured video meeting service FHS Zoom is used. You can access FHS Zoom by signing in via SSO (Single Sign-On) with your FHS account.
Zoom on your computer
All FHS computers have FHS Zoom pre-installed. If you are using a private computer, you must first download and install the Zoom Workplace app.
To log in to FHS Zoom, click on Sign in and choose to sign in with SSO. Then enter the Swedish Defence University's domain fhs-se and log in with your FHS account and MFA (multi-factor authentication).

Correctly signed in?
Under the Home tab in the Zoom app, go to Settings and My account. If you are correctly signed in, it should say "Single sign on" under your name. If it does not, see access instructions.
Zoom on mobile
Zoom is available as an app for iOS and Android, the app is called Zoom Workplace.
Sign in to the mobile app using SSO and enter the Swedish Defence University's domain fhs-se. You will then automatically be prompted to log in with your FHS account and MFA.

Being signed in to FHS Zoom, as opposed to using Zoom's free service, provides a more secure digital environment and enhanced functionality.
With FHS Zoom, all data is stored in Europe. You will also benefit from unlimited meeting time, the ability to create your own meeting links, and the convenience of easily navigating between meetings you have recently attended or created yourself.
